Fourthwalling: Probably no, but I'm willing to discuss if you have a good idea.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): None that I can think of.  I am super hard to offend.

Hugging this character: Go right ahead.  Keep in mind that as an AI in a human body at the moment, JARVIS is not terribly used to physical contact with anyone, and things are going to be awkward at best.
Kissing this character: See above.
Flirting with this character: Yes--this is one thing JARVIS can understand and react to normally, although his response will depend from person to person.
Fighting with this character: It would be an easy fight for just about anyone, but on the slight chance that JARVIS manages to offend someone, I'm all for it.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes, small injuries that can be healed within a few weeks are okay with me, from bruising to scrapes and cuts or possibly broken bones. Scarring is okay, but I would definitely like to work out where the scar will be other details OOC before hand. Definitely no dismemberment or permanent injury that would result in the loss of limbs or digits unless we have a seriously awesome thing planned and everything has been okayed ahead of time.
Killing this character: Yes, but only for plot purposes with the details worked out in advance.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes, although his thought processes are going to be very different from a normal person's, they can be read just the same.
Warnings: JARVIS is very new to being human, and it's possible for things to overwhelm him!
